The evaluation process is as follows: The author submits a manuscript which is reviewed by the editorial board in terms of spelling and grammar errors, and research-publishing ethics. If the manuscript complies to the requirements of the journal, then it is double blind peer-reviewed by anonymous referees (In case of a discrepancy between the referees, the submission is sent to a third referee for a final decision). In line with the reports it is decided whether the manuscript is to be published or not, and the author is informed of the acceptance or rejection of the submission.
The authors of the rejected manuscripts can object to the referee report on scientific grounds and with convincing data. The objections are examined by the editorial board and another referee’s opinion can be applied to if appropriate.
The manuscripts returned to the author for minor or major revisions must be submitted in 15 days.
